RAPRA has forged an alliance with R&D Tax Advisors, part of G2 Innovation Group, to assist its members in claiming tax relief on any research and development expenditure in the UK.
Over 80% of R&D Tax Advisor's claimants believed they were ineligible for the tax credits, as often what constitutes research and design can be a little ambiguous. R&D Tax Advisors have first-hand experience of developing products for themselves and for clients and as such, have a thorough understanding of what constitutes R&D and how current legislation and HMRC rules apply.
RAPRA is continuing to strengthen its membership offering by teaming up with R&D Tax Advisors to offer a valuable service. Steve Shaw, Operations Director said: "R&D activities are often hampered by the lack of available financials support. Therefore the government Tax Credit Scheme should be used by all RAPRA members in the UK”.
"The tax credit scheme is an integral part to the future of supporting UK companies who drive to innovate and create new products and services. Our R&D Tax Advisors company is looking forward to working with those member companies wishing to maximise the benefits of the scheme”, Gareth Davies, G2 Commercial Director commented.
